The ideal candidates will have previous telephone experience in a sale environment. You will targeted to make a specific number of calls per day to new clients within the digital IT Marketplace. You will be responsible for developing new business relationships and you will have the ability to both present to clients face to face and control the sales process. Previous recruitment experience is not required but we will ask to evidence of previous sales and targets achieved, this can be done by previous pay slips or by awards etc.
In return for developing new clients we will offer a full resourcing service in order that you can deliver candidates to your clients, and thus make placements, and sales commission/
You must have a proven sales track record, have a can do approach, be personable and approachable, be able to drive, not a clock watcher.
2 interview process, first stage is telephone so we can ascertain how you come across and then a face to face which will be a 2hour interview and Q&A session.
Commission: 10% on first £10,000 revenue per month. 15% on £10001-15,000. 20% on £15,001+
