A large insurance brokers based in Crayford are looking for 3 Customer Service Advisor’s to work in their Sales department making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls.
You will be required to make outbound calls to customers that have made enquires via the website and other internet sites regarding gaining a quote for either their household or motor insurance and ultimately sell them the policy. The outbound calls you will be making will be to customers that have made enquiries so there is no cold calling involved in this role they are all warm calls.
You may from time to time be required to receive inbound calls from customers that wish to gain new quotes or renew their existing policy.
You must have a confident professional telephone manner and have fantastic customer service, having worked in a call centre making B2C calls or worked in a similar role this would be an advantage but is not essential.
You will be required to work 46 hours per week spread across Monday to Saturday these hours are not negotiable so you must be available to work EVERY SATURDAY.
