Screen incoming calls
Contractor and client care.
Send out all the paperwork to contractors and ensure it is returned. Same with the client. Liaise with Back office to ensure they are all set up. Call the contractor a few weeks in to see how they are getting in. (Be a point of contact for Back office)
Contracts-Check thoroughly and send that out (DOCUSIGN)
CV Formatting
Colleague loading and coding
Searching for candidates on LinkedIn, indeed, Totaljobs and any other job boards. Loading them to colleague and composing emails
Manage the post / couriers / deliveries
Social Media
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Xinh
Coming up with new ideas, videos, posts, marketing
Website – updating the news / social media feed
Social events
Assisting with the social events externally and internally
Assist with the designing of calendar invites for internal and external events
Stationary Orders
Assisting with new starter setup
Greeting Visitors, asking if they want Tea / Coffees, showing them into the meeting room, take coat if applicable
Make sure the office is generally tidy
Assist and support the Head Of Operations where and when required
